Resources
Resources for jewellery businesses
The guides, the questions we are asked most, how training works, and every document we publish. If you are looking for something you read here before, it is on this page.
Guides
Eight long pieces on jewellery stock, barcodes, the workshop and the books. They explain the subject rather than the software: read the guides, or go straight to the complete guide to jewellery inventory management, how to track gold jewellery stock accurately or how to manage jewellery workshop and karigar work.
Questions and answers
Twelve questions with direct answers — what jewellery management software is, what a jewellery ERP is, how barcode tracking works, how karigar jobs are handled, and who this is for. Read the frequently asked questions.
What the product does
The solutions pages are organised by the part of the shop, and the features page is the full list, area by area. Shops in Nepal will want jewellery software in Nepal, which covers the Shrawan–Ashadh fiscal year, VAT invoices, tola and gram, and daily FENEGOSIDA rates. There is one plan, quoted on request, and a demo workspace if you would rather click around than read.
Training
Training is a request, not a download: we cover the screens your people will actually use — the counter, stock, karigar jobs, the barcode scanner, reports and who is allowed to do what. Request training and say which of those you need.
Documents
Every policy and term we publish is versioned, so an earlier one stays readable after it is replaced. The full document catalogue lists them; the ones most people want are the Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions, the Subscription & Billing Terms and the security policy.

We would rather answer a question about your own shop than have you guess from a page. Get set up, or tell us what you need to see first.
