DataJewellers is a jewellery business management platform developed by Data Doodles Tech Private Limited.
DataJewellers is the product. Data Doodles Tech Private Limited is the software company that designed it, develops it, owns it and operates it. One team is answerable for the software, the workspace it runs in and the person who picks up the phone.
What the product is for
A jewellery business is not a shop with unusual stock. Weight, purity, making and wastage decide what a piece costs, what it sells for and what it is worth this morning, and a general inventory system has nowhere to put any of them.
DataJewellers holds the whole of it in one place: every piece by weight and purity, billing and VAT records, purchases and suppliers, customers and their dues, karigar jobs, repairs, old gold taken in exchange, stock moving between branches, and the reports that come out of all of it. One record, kept once, so the answer to a question about your own business is on a screen rather than in an evening of adding up.
It is built for the way jewellers in Nepal already work: tola beside gram, the Nepali fiscal year beside the Gregorian date, gold and silver rates read daily from FENEGOSIDA with your own override when you want to set the rate yourself.
How it is delivered
Three ways into the same records, not three different products.
- Hosted, and ready the day you sign up
- Your business gets its own workspace. There is nothing to install on a server, and updates arrive without a shutdown.
- A desktop application for the counter
- The same system, in a window on the shop machine, for people who would rather not work in a browser all day.
- Sales that keep working offline
- If the connection drops mid-afternoon, billing carries on. The sales made in the meantime sync when the line returns, without duplicating an invoice.

What we do not claim
DataJewellers is not certified or approved by the Inland Revenue Department. Electronic billing to the IRD’s central system is available to a business that has enrolled and turns it on with its own credentials; enrolment is between your business and the IRD.
Your records are yours. You can export them at any time, and nothing on this site stands in for a promise the software does not keep.
