There is one plan, called Complete, and it includes every part of the system. What it costs depends on how many people sign in and how many branches you run, so it is quoted on request rather than printed here.
One plan, called Complete
Splitting a jewellery system into tiers means deciding which shops are allowed to reconcile their workshop, and that is not a decision worth selling. So there is one plan. A single counter and a business with three branches get the same software; what differs is the number of people signed in and the number of branches running, which is what the quotation is based on.
Nothing in the list below is an add-on, an upgrade or a module held back. Repairs and replacements are the only features switched on per business, and that is because many shops do not use them and would rather not see the screens, not because they cost extra.
What Complete includes
Stock
- Jewellery inventory by gross, stone, net and fine weight, with purity behind the fine weight
- Valuation at what the stock cost and at what it is worth this morning
- Item codes on your own category pattern, and printed tags carrying the code as a CODE 128 barcode
- Barcode scanning with a phone camera or a USB scanner at the counter
- Stock transfers between branches, recorded on both sides
- Physical stock audits: count, compare, review and close
- Opening stock for the day you begin, and bulk import from a spreadsheet
- Daily metal rates fetched from FENEGOSIDA, with your own manual override
Selling
- Sales and VAT invoices, with making, wastage, stone value, discount and VAT shown separately
- Credit notes and debit notes that reference the original bill instead of rewriting it
- Sales orders for pieces not yet made, with part payments against them
- Old gold taken in over the counter, weighed and valued at its own purity
- Customers, credit sales, receipts and a running outstanding balance
- Billing that keeps working offline and syncs afterwards without duplicating an invoice
Buying and the workshop
- Purchases and purchase returns, line by line, with weight, purity, making and wastage
- Suppliers, supplier payments allocated against the invoices they clear, and balances
- Karigars and karigar jobs, with issued and returned weight reconciled before settlement
- Repairs and replacements, enabled per business for the shops that use them
Running the business
- Roles, permissions and custom roles of your own, screen by screen and action by action
- An audit log recording who changed what, and when
- Reports per branch or across the business, exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF
- The desktop application as well as the browser
- An adapter for the IRD central billing monitoring system, which a business enables with its own credentials
How it is quoted and paid
Tell us how many people will sign in and how many branches you run, and we will send a quotation. There is no card to enter and no automatic charge: the subscription is invoiced, VAT is shown on the invoice, and your accountant gets a document they can file. If the shape of your business changes, the quotation is revised rather than the plan swapped.
The quickest way to arrive at a sensible figure is a short conversation about your shop, because the answer usually turns on something specific: a second branch opening after Dashain, an office that needs read-only access to reports, a workshop with four karigars. Ask for a quotation from the contact page.
Questions about the plan
How many users are included?
Five users by default, which covers a counter, a stock room, an office and an owner with one spare. That ceiling is raised on request, and it is a real limit rather than a soft one: a business is told when it is at its seat count instead of silently billed for the sixth. Everyone signs in as themselves, which is what makes the audit log and the permission system worth having.
What about more than one branch?
Branches are part of the plan, not an edition of it. Each branch has its own stock, its own counter and its own figures, transfers between them are recorded on both sides, and every report reads either for one branch or for the business as a whole. The number of branches is one of the two things the quotation is based on, so tell us the number you expect rather than the number you have today.
What happens if we cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only rather than being switched off, and you can export your data, so a cancellation does not cost you your own stock register and your own invoice history. The notice period, the read-only window and how long the data is retained are set out in the subscription terms, which are published and versioned. Read the Subscription & Billing Terms before you sign anything.
Is there anything else to pay for?
Training and setting the system up on your own stock are part of how a shop is brought on, not a separate product to be sold later. Where a business wants electronic billing to the Inland Revenue Department, it enrols with the IRD itself and uses its own credentials in the adapter; that is between the business and the department. Tax settings are configurable, and the rates you apply are the ones your accountant confirms.
Before you ask for a quotation
- Everything the system covers, area by areaWorth reading first, so the quotation conversation is about your shop rather than the software.
- See the demo workspaceThe product with stock already in it, so you can judge the counter before you commit.
- Questions jewellers ask before buyingTwelve direct answers, including what a jewellery ERP is and how barcode tracking works.
- Subscription & Billing TermsInvoicing, the notice period, and what read-only means after a cancellation.
Ask for a quotation for your own shop.
Tell us your branches and how many people will sign in. We will send a figure, and set the system up on your own stock if you want to judge it first.
