"DataJewellers" means Data Doodles Tech Private Limited, the operator of the DataJewellers service ("we", "us"). This page is the single place to find who we are and where to write.

1. The entity behind DataJewellers

  • Registered name: Data Doodles Tech Private Limited
  • Registered address: Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal

2. Where to write

  • Privacy, personal data, retention and deletion: support@datadoodlestech.com — see the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
  • Security reports and suspected account compromise: support@datadoodlestech.com — read Security & Responsible Disclosure first, as it sets out what to include and what not to test.
  • Billing, invoices and subscriptions: support@datadoodlestech.com — see the Subscription & Billing Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Formal legal notices, disputes and requests from authorities: support@datadoodlestech.com. A notice under the Terms & Conditions should go here, and also in writing to the registered address above.
  • Everyday product support: support@datadoodlestech.com.
  • By telephone — +977 9705398731. Spoken support, in the hours the team keeps; anything that needs a record should follow by email so that both sides have one.

Where an email service has been configured, these addresses reach us by email; the registered address is always valid for written notice.

3. How quickly we reply

  • We acknowledge legal, privacy and data-request correspondence within 5 business days, and tell you who is handling it and what happens next.
  • We acknowledge security reports within 3 business days.

An acknowledgement is not a resolution. Some matters — a deletion request, a disputed invoice, a vulnerability fix — take longer, and we will keep you informed rather than going quiet.

4. Requests from public authorities

We disclose business or personal data to an authority only where we are legally required to, and only against a valid legal instrument — a court order, or a written demand in proper form from a body with the statutory power to make it. We check that it is genuine, that the body has that power, and that we produce nothing broader than the instrument requires. An informal request is not an order.

We will inform the affected business that a request has been made, and what we produced, unless the law prohibits us from doing so or the instrument itself forbids it. Send such requests to support@datadoodlestech.com.

5. Electronic Commerce Act, 2081 listing

DataJewellers is assessing whether the listing requirement applies to its service and will publish its listing number here once obtained.

6. Grievances

If you are unhappy with the service, write to support@datadoodlestech.com saying what happened and what you want done; we will treat it as a formal grievance and reply within the time in section 3. That does not displace your rights: the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) defines a consumer to include an institution and treats information technology as a service, so a business using DataJewellers may also complain to the authorities and consumer courts under that Act. Governing law and forum for other disputes are in the Terms & Conditions — Nepal law, courts of Kathmandu.
